We offer spiritual and religious services, including but not limited to Vedic Pooja, Mantra Jaap, Havan, Anushthan, and other related rituals. All services are conducted in India at designated temples by authorized and experienced priests in accordance with Vedic traditions.
3. Booking & Payments
- All services must be booked in advance via our website or authorized communication channels.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
- Payments made are non-refundable except under circumstances detailed in Section 5 below.
4. Service Execution
- The rituals will be performed at the specified temples in India by qualified priests.
- Digital proof such as photos, videos, or completion certificates may be provided where applicable, subject to temple policies.
- We do not guarantee specific spiritual outcomes, benefits, or results. The effects of the services are subjective and based on individual beliefs.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of booking, subject to a £10 administrative fee.
- After 24 hours, no refunds will be provided as preparations, material procurement, and priest arrangements commence immediately.
- In the rare event that we are unable to perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., temple closures, natural disasters), you will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal details, including name(s), Gotra, Sankalp (purpose), and other necessary information.
- We will not be held responsible for delays, errors, or service disruptions due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westbridge Technology Limited disclaims all liability for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages.
- Any dissatisfaction related to the subjective spiritual or material outcomes of the services.
- Delays or failures resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural calamities, governmental regulations, or other unforeseen situations.
